From the first day, I was welcomed by the team and given meaningful tasks that allowed me to contribute to ongoing projects. I appreciated the support and guidance that I received from my mentors, especially Jakub Kukol, Michal Sojka and Emil Barcaj, who took the time to ensure that I was able to learn and grow in my role.

During my time in the program, I was able to gain valuable experience working with a diverse team of professionals. The cross-cultural exposure allowed me to expand my knowledge of different approaches and perspectives in the field, and this has been incredibly beneficial for my professional development.I have learned more deeply about Power BI, Python, Data warehouse, and Azure Cloud and soon will be able to obtain one of Azure's certifications which is a great achievement for me and it's proof of my growth in technical skills.

I have worked in the design industry for almost a decade, but working at IBM is the next level of my career journey. I'm on a team that makes tools for other IBMers. Informally, our organization is called the "heart of the company" because we create solutions that enable IBM people to do their job and deliver to clients. Sometimes the systems my team develops are incredibly complex because we design financial and marketing dashboards. My role in UX design is both challenging and rewarding. Thanks to my experience, the support of my manager, and the collaborative team, I'm able to create great products and have a rewarding experience. I really recommend the program to everyone who wants a fresh chapter in their career.

The beginning of my “DigiTalents” journey was a bit challenging for me, it was risky, I had doubts about myself like “Will I do a good job?”, or “Will they fire me during or after my probation period?”. I started working in the middle of summer as Junior Integration Test Engineer. When I came, I was part of the incubator where I was provided with various courses and learning materials and my manager regularly discussed with me my progress. He saw potential in me so he suggested I can finish my probation period sooner.

Orange Slovakia is one of the best places where you can grow not only as a great specialist but also as a nice person. Under the caring wing of KUKOL Jakub I managed to learn about things which I didn't even know existed, to wide my views and become more self-confident. Every time when I was struggling with some tasks the Qlik Sense Team was there to help me, their support was irreplaceable. Even the atmosphere within the building was something different, like the enthusiasm and devotion were flying in the air – a totally employee friendly environment.
